Cask Notes
More of a double maturation than a finish, this bold and exotic Macduff began its development in a refill bourbon barrel for a little under 3 years, before an extended maturation in a 1st fill bourbon barrel for 6 years.
Tasting Notes - Sweet with tropical fruit.
Colour: Shining ochre
Nose: Banana chip, orange blossom and mango sorbet.
Palate: Lychee syrup, Belgian waffle and toffee apple.
Finish: Fresh fruit salad with a whipped cream and spun sugar flourish.
