Cask Notes

On our recent whisky travels, the topic of grain has come up repeatedly. Given enough time to develop, it tastes great, it’s good value, and you want to see more of it. With decadent candy sweetness, citrus and spice, this bourbon hogshead delivers exactly what people have been crying out for.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Brilliant gold.
Nose: Bright tangerine, sticky toffee pudding and coconut ice.
Palate: Ripe peach, cinnamon, vanilla and demerara sugar.
Finish: Dark treacle, thyme and orange; a sweet and citrussy malternative.
