Cask Notes
Typically seen as the softer make produced at Ardmore distillery, this is an unpeated style. However, we have amped up the sweet decadence with a 10-month finish in a 1st fill Barbadian rum barrel, following more than 11 years in a refill barrel.
Tasting Notes - Citrus fruit and sweet/nut.
Colour: Polished brass.
Nose: Yellow peach, orange blossom and coconut ice.
Palate: Caramelised banana, whipped cream and gingerbread.
Finish: Rich toffee, sweet cinnamon and a twist of lime.
