Cask Notes
Only top-quality wood could justify re-racking an already mature and well-developed cask of single malt. Thankfully, this premium 3-year seasoned 1st fill Oloroso Hogshead fit the bill, and the luxuriously creamy results speak for themselves.
Tasting Notes - Sweet and Fruit
Colour: Polished copper.
Nose: Hawaiian vanilla, raspberry coulis and mint toffee.
Palate: Morello cherry, allspice and demerara sugar
Finish: Rich and decadent as traditional fruit cake soaked in sherry.
UK Delivery Last orders for UK delivery is Tuesday 20th December at 12noon.
Collection Last orders for Collection need to be placed by Friday 22nd December and can be collected from our shop up to 4pm on Sunday 24th December.
Orders placed after that date will be dispatched or made ready for collection when we return on 8th January.
UK Standard Delivery - We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after you have been notified your order has been sent.

Click & Collect - Orders can be collected from our shop in Kirkoswald, Monday - Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Your order will usually be ready within 24 - 48hrs but please wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.
