Cask Notes
From the softer side of the spectrum of Highland malts. Light and delicate, yet with a deceptive complexity beneath the floral, grassy top notes.
Tasting Notes - Floral with Stone Fruit
Colour: Straw gold.
Nose: Dried apricot, cut grass, honeysuckle and damson.
Palate: Poached pear, spun sugar, black pepper and lime.
Finish: Evocative oolong tea lingers over gooseberry, butter and almond.
UK Delivery Last orders for UK delivery is Tuesday 20th December at 12noon.
Collection Last orders for Collection need to be placed by Friday 22nd December and can be collected from our shop up to 4pm on Sunday 24th December.
Orders placed after that date will be dispatched or made ready for collection when we return on 8th January.
UK Standard Delivery - We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after you have been notified your order has been sent.

Click & Collect - Orders can be collected from our shop in Kirkoswald, Monday - Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Your order will usually be ready within 24 - 48hrs but please wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.
EU Delivery - we are not currently able to send to Europe.
