Cask Notes
Top quality spirit from the breadbasket of Aberdeenshire, fully matured in a 1st fill barrel from the Heaven Hill distillery. A long-awaited release since being sampled by the team “on location” during a wonderful visit to Glen Garioch back in 2019.
Tasting Notes - Spicy with vanilla.
Colour: Ripe apricot.
Nose: Madagascan vanilla, raw honey and jasmine.
Palate: Fresh granary loaf, runny caramel, sweet oak and allspice.
Finish: Vibrant baking spices make way for lasting peppermint.
