Exclusively bottled for our own whisky shop, our House Malts are enjoyable, easy drinking single malts. This House Malt is a 11 year old Glendullan single malt whisky was matured in a bourbon cask then finished in a sherry cask before being bottled at the reduced strength of 40% abv.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Butterscotch gold.
Nose: Spanish cedar, coriander and black cardamom.
Palate: Salted caramel, pipe tobacco and dried cranberry.
Finish: Tangy redcurrant and lingering cigar smoke.
