You may even begin with your dram at cask strength, before adding water by the drop, to deliver the full sensory experience. Tasting Notes - Orchard Fruit and Mint
Colour: Polished gold. Nose: Fresh mint, bubble gum, stewed rhubarb and vanilla. Palate: Juicy pineapple, pear drop and sliced green apple. Finish: Sweet yet sophisticated Tarte Tatin with Crème Anglaise.
