Sorry to say DPD has let your service down.Three days late and have just received another email saying there are further delays.Not your fault,and I really enjoy your whisky range,but having to wait around as the delivery date continually changes,is somewhat annoying.
We are very sorry that the delivery to you via DPD has been problematic. We strive to offer the very best service to our customers but unfortunately we are at the mercy of our couriers when parcels leave us. We are finding that there has been an impact on our delivery times due to the nationwide shortage of drivers with some of our parcels now taking the full 5 working days delivery time that we quote. We are working with DPD and our other couriers to maintain a good service for our customers but I am sorry we have missed the mark for you on this occasion. I am pleased you are enjoying our whiskies and hope that if you order from us again, you will have a much better experience.
