Scottish Cider
A classic English apple originating in the Victorian era and now grown right here on the Ayrshire Riviera. Best known for its yellowy-golden appearance and a rough skin like fine sandpaper. This rough exterior when bitten into reveals a dry flesh that presses to a complex juice which has sweetness and a sharp bite. This apple has maybe fallen out of favour however we think it leads to a great cider and we hope you agree.
Tasting Notes
A sweet front palate. A long mellow and tasty finish with a long caramel ending.
