An experimental bottling, finished for over 3 years in an Oloroso sherry-seasoned wine barrique from Bodegas Hidalgo - La Gitana, with an added smoky influence from our Cask Islay Sherry Edition. Quirky, complex and full of intrigue.
Tasting Notes - Floral and Sweet.
Colour: Burnt orange.
Nose: Black locust flower, butter popcorn and candyfloss.
Palate: Unhulled tahini, grilled pineapple and beurre blanc.
Finish: Slick passion fruit and lychee offer a delightfully different twist.
