Island whiskies feature prominently in our 68th Cask Collection release. Our island hopping adventure demonstrates the great variety on offer from Scotland's sealocked distilleries. From the fresh and fruity Arran malt, through the subtle smoke and complexity of Orkney, to the brilliantly brash Islay peat, at both Bunnahabhain and Bowmore.
The island influence is evident even back on the mainland, where a sherry barrique used for our Cask Islay Sherry Edition lends a subtle smoke to bonny Blair Athol. There's more 1st fill sherry influence at Glenglassaugh and Mannochmore, but if you are still seeking your land legs, the Benriach offers comfort and warmth in the classic Highland style.
