Our personalised whiskies from the cask are a truly special gift, every bottle is unique.

These whiskies are hand-filled from the casks that sits in the Cask Room at our home in South West Scotland.

Each whisky is bottled at cask strength, natural colour and with no chill-filtration.

Once filled, the bottle is dipped in wax and completed with a handwritten label that includes all the whisky details, date bottled and your name or message.

Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Glen Garioch Distillery, matured in Bourbon Barrel #2297 then finished in an Oloroso Octave for 4 years. Bottled at cask strength 55.7%

Single Grain Scotch Whisky from Invergordon Distillery, matured in Bourbon Hogshead #37484. Bottled at cask strength 62.1%

Tasting Notes
Colour: Golden apricot.
Nose: Pink grapefruit, beeswax and vanilla frosting.
Palate: Demerara, sponge cake, barley sugar and orange.
Finish: Sweet and spicy with custard cream and crystallized ginger.

Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Balblair Distillery, matured in Sherry Butt #637. Bottled at cask strength 59.0%

Tasting Notes
Colour: Vibrant copper.
Nose: Clotted cream fudge, banana and orange.
Palate: Sticky toffee, raisin and plum jam.
Finish: An abundance of sweet baking spices.

These whiskies are personalised by hand by different people, so the writing styles may vary from those in the images.
Please allow up to 2 working days for despatch.
You can also add a gift note to your order at the checkout and we will write it on a gift tag that will be around the bottle neck.

UK Standard Delivery - We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after you have been notified your order has been sent.

Click & Collect - Orders can be collected from our shop in Kirkoswald, Monday - Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Your order will usually be ready within 24 - 48hrs but please wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.
