Lovely malt...tadge above my usual budget but good value for money.
Good addition to a malt drinkers diversity of choice

Cracking Cask Malt like GlenAllachie very much as a 12 Year old 46% this good step up to a cask of this amazingly good Malt Marque. Prefer GlenAllachie to the 'Neighbours' any day £ for £ better malt for less money in either expression.
A must in my cupboard is this.

Nicely balanced malt better than many marque names out there just compared this to a well known malt of higher price..come back here again.

Fantastic malt despite its youth 6 years depth of flavour is amazing chocolate nutty sweetness without being overly sweet. Half a dropper of water for me with this, at just shy of 60%.
For sure would head back to this again.

I really enjoyed the bourbon edition and was saddened, but not at all surprised, to find it was all sold out. I thought this would be a worthy substitute but it is such a different beast and deserves all the recognition it receives.

We clearly advertise these as personalised by hand with every label handwritten by us (or if you visit our shop you can write your own label). We have offered this style of personalised whisky for over 10 years and find our customers love the handwritten touch that makes their bottle truly unique. I am sorry that we didn't meet your expectation on this occasion.

This is an extremely good bourbon cask from a gem of a Speyside distillery who like to do things properly. The cask strength and youthfulness really needs tempering down and it can take a lot of water (1-2 teaspoons) and a bit of time and settling down. This will release the bouquet of lillies, jasmine and marzipan and then on the palate, coconut, sweet caramel, seville marmalade, kumquats, then pears, pepper and mint on a long finish. The addition of water gives a mouth-coating, full bodied fruity and delicious dram. Thank you Rattrays.
