Perhaps you should check on the delivery status of my order, before asking me to review how you have done. Not overly impressed for a first time buyer. Perhaps you can chase up the delivery company on my behalf. Now over a week to deliver two bottles of whisky.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry that your order has been delayed. This is far from the standard of service we aim to provide, and I completely understand how frustrating this experience must be.
It’s especially disappointing that this was your first order with us, as we always want to make a great first impression. Unfortunately, our local courier has recently undergone a change in ownership, and we’ve experienced some unexpected teething issues as a result. While we continuously review our delivery partners and make changes where necessary, delays and issue can still arise however I appreciate that this doesn’t lessen the inconvenience caused to you.
I’d also like to apologise for the timing of our review request email. These are automatically triggered after dispatch, but I agree that receiving it before your order has arrived is not ideal, and we’re reviewing how we can improve this.

This is the strongest whisky what i ever tried.
On the nose sweeeet and spicy. Nutmeg, anise, clove, with some wax plant nectar and vanilla.
On the palate is sweet, dominated by caramelised orange peal, stone fruits and dried fruits.
Finish is long and warm, with walnut, orange, touch of grapefruit bitterness.
More komplex than i can tell.
Real flavour bomb.
Not the cheapest dram in the shop, but it worth for every penny.
This is a botted luxury.

This Arran is a great dram - the high cask strength is rich and full of flavour, but not at all over powering. Good value as well.
