Free UK Delivery
Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and can take up to 2 working days to dispatch.
Deliveries within the UK have the option of Free Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)
Delivery times are an estimate, we do not offer a guaranteed delivery service.
You can order a maximum of 6 bottles in one order. Orders of more than one item may be dispatched separately. Please contact us if you are looking to order more than 6 bottles.
FREE COLLECTION
You can choose to collect your order from our shop. Orders are usually available for collection within 24 - 48hrs (excluding weekends).
Please wait until we confirm your order is ready for collection before visiting.
When notified, you can collect your order from our Whisky Shop at 32 Main Road, Kirkoswald, Ayrshire, KA19 8HY. Please show your confirmation email on your phone or bring a print-out with you when you come to collect your order.
Collection Times - Orders can be collected Monday to Thursday from 10am to 4pm.
Collection Point - Our Collection Point is located in the porch area inside our main front door. Please ring the door bell for assistance and we will be with you as soon as possible.
Safety Procedures - To keep you and our staff safe, only one person is allowed within our collection area at a time. Please wear a mask and use the hand sanitiser provided.
Proof of Age - In the UK, you must be 18 or over to purchase products containing alcohol. We may request to seeID as proof of your age when you collect your order.
Uncollected Orders - We will keep your order for 5 working days after which we will refund your items and return the items to our stock.
EU Delivery
We are sorry but we are not able to delivery to EU countries for the time being. We hope to resume our EU delivery service as soon as possible.
