Cask Notes
Intense, smooth sweetness from 15 years in a 1st fill bourbon barrel. Concentrated in the cask, like a sauce reduced to perfection – a relatively low outturn indicates higher levels of evaporation.
Tasting Notes - Citrus fruit and herbal.
Colour: Deep amber.
Nose: Navel orange, Ecuadoran vanilla and vine leaf.
Palate: Treacle toffee, toasted oak and sherbet lemon.
Finish: Bursting with fresh spearmint, tropical and citrus fruit.
