Cask Notes
Sister cask #100 was released as a 5-year-old in 2020. Wonderfully rich and rounded even at such a young age, here we see a higher level of sophistication and greater wood impact beyond the initial vanilla sweetness and exotic spice of first fill bourbon wood.
Tasting Notes - Orchard fruit and spice/wood.
Colour: Brilliant ochre.
Nose: Poached pear, clover honey and banana chip.
Palate: Fresh peach, green cardamom and buttercream.
Finish: Elegant English walnut and an array of chai spices.
