Distilling with local grain from scratch using 100% hand foraged botanicals from Galloway. Capturing a true essence of our region, the 2023 edition brings you local wheat to create our smooth base spirit, along with local Juniper, Crab Apples, Crafty Estate Elderberry, Pepper Dulse, Damsons & Brambles.
Tasting Notes
This year’s Galloway Gin is rich and buoyant with the Galloway Juniper berries providing a canvas of forest pine. Complementing this, the Damsons, Elderberries and Brambles really shine with complex, lively and jammy fruit. The Crab Apples lift the palate with a citrus sherbet zing. While the Pepper Dulse Seaweed completes the taste with a hint of salt at the sides of the tongue.
UK Delivery Last orders for UK delivery is Tuesday 20th December at 12noon.
Collection Last orders for Collection need to be placed by Friday 22nd December and can be collected from our shop up to 4pm on Sunday 24th December.
Orders placed after that date will be dispatched or made ready for collection when we return on 8th January.
UK Standard Delivery - We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after you have been notified your order has been sent.

- Orders over 2kg (2 bottle or more) - £8.95
Click & Collect - Orders can be collected from our shop in Kirkoswald, Monday - Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Your order will usually be ready within 24 - 48hrs but please wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.
EU Delivery - we are not currently able to send to Europe.
