Cask Notes
Named for the natural springs supplying Royal Brackla, this cask spent over five years in ex-bourbon wood before nearly three in ex-Oloroso sherry. The double maturation draws out the distillery’s fresh, perfumed fruit and clean acidity, while the sherry influence adds warm dried fruits, gentle spice, and a lingering nutty finish.
Tasting Notes - Dried fruit and sweet/nut
Colour: Rich amber.
Nose: Delicate dried fig, toasted oak and soft orange marmalade.
Palate: Spiced marzipan, gentle plum and warm leather.
Finish: Classic sherry notes linger with toasted nut and subtle orchard fruit.
Click & Collect - Orders can be collected from our shop in Kirkoswald, Monday -Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Your order will usually be ready within 24 - 48hrs but please wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.
UK Wide Standard Delivery - We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after you have been notified your order has been sent.
