Cask Notes
Macduff, a seaside distillery on the Moray Firth, produces a nutty, subtly sulphury spirit shaped by its distinctive stills. Three years in a Bajan rum cask from the West Indies Rum Distillery add tropical brightness and a vibrant Caribbean character, resulting in a single cask that is approachable, lively, and full of maritime charm.
Tasting Notes - Tropical fruit and sweet/nut
Colour: Deep golden honey.
Nose: Sweet syrup, ripe mango and caramelised coconut.
Palate: Juicy red berries, raspberry marzipan and gentle spice.
Finish: Lingering sweet fruitiness with a bright, candied lift.
UK Delivery - Order by 12 noon on Thursday 18th December.
Collection - Order & Collect by 4pm Wednesday 24th December.
Orders placed after these dates will be dispatched or made ready for collection when we return on 5th January 2025.
Click & Collect - Orders can be collected from our shop in Kirkoswald, Monday -Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Your order will usually be ready within 24 - 48hrs but please wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.
UK Wide Standard Delivery - We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after you have been notified your order has been sent.

- Orders under 2kg (1 bottle or 1 dram set) - £4.95
- Orders over 2kg (2 bottle or more) - £8.95
Highland & Island and Northern Ireland - There are no extra fees for these areas, we delivery to all areas of the UK for the prices stated.
EU Delivery - we are not currently able to send to Europe.
