Cask Notes
Initially matured for over a decade in a refill ex-bourbon hogshead, this whisky was then transferred for a further 3½ years to a premium first-fill European oak ex-Oloroso sherry hogshead, seasoned for three years in Jerez. The final—and arguably the finest—bottling from our 2021 sherry cask intake from Jerez.
Tasting Notes - Sweet/nut and dried fruit.
Colour: Vibrant copper.
Nose: Sticky gingerbread, glace cherry and royal icing.
Palate: Sultana, orange and fig roll with cinnamon and caramel.
Finish: Luscious, dried fruit and spice, from total integration of cask and spirit.
Click & Collect - Orders can be collected from our shop in Kirkoswald, Monday -Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Your order will usually be ready within 24 - 48hrs but please wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.
UK Wide Standard Delivery - We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after you have been notified your order has been sent.

- Orders under 2kg (1 bottle or 1 dram set) - £4.95
- Orders over 2kg (2 bottle or more) - £8.95
Highland & Island and Northern Ireland - There are no extra fees for these areas, we delivery to all areas of the UK for the prices stated.
