Cask Notes
Bottled from a refill ex-bourbon hogshead after more than 18 years of maturation. This unnamed Orkney malt displays a distinctive smoky, mineral-driven character, balanced by the gentle sweetness of stone fruits. The interplay between robust, earthy phenolics and delicate fruit notes illustrates the complexity achievable when boldness and subtlety are held in equilibrium.
Tasting Notes - Mineral/smoke and stone fruit.
Colour: Golden honey.
Nose: Pine smoked mussel, sugared almond and honey pastry.
Palate: Poached nectarine, wild bramble and candied pecan.
Finish: Supreme balance, with underlying heathery ash and a pinch of salt.

UK Wide Standard Delivery - We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after you have been notified your order has been sent.
