Cask Notes
Miltonduff is best known for its role in Chivas Regal, helping to form the backbone of the Ballantine’s blend with its warmth and power. This single refill bourbon barrel highlights the spirit from a single-cask perspective, with a sourdough base, distinct aromatic spice and subtle tannin.
Tasting Notes - Sweet/nut and herbal
Colour: Glistening gold.
Nose: Aromatic patchouli, banana chip and silver needle tea.
Palate: Sourdough base, macadamia nut and chalky mineral.
Finish: Rosehip, fresh date and light oak tannin, with a gentle floral lift.
