A sister cask to our 2019 Tomatin 11-Year-Old release, this expression reveals a more delicate, refined side of the distillery’s spirit. Delicate fruit and confectionery sweetness combine with warming spice, creating a poised and elegant Highland malt.
Tasting Notes - Orchard fruit and sweet/nut
Colour: Buttercup gold.
Nose: Conference pear, gooseberry and white chocolate.
Palate: Apple crumble, brown sugar and flapjack.
Finish: Clove spice, poised and refined, with a tropical fruit flourish.
Click & Collect - Orders can be collected from our shop in Kirkoswald, Monday -Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Your order will usually be ready within 24 - 48hrs but please wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.
UK Wide Standard Delivery - We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after you have been notified your order has been sent.
