The multiple award winning Hills & Harbour Gin delivers a vibrant and smooth taste of the forests and coastline of Galloway, where it is made at the Crafty Distillery.
It features locally forged botanicals including Noble Fir needles and Bladderwrack Seaweed and is elegantly packaged in an innovative and eco-friendly bottle.
This is one of the rare gins in Scotland to be distilled with their own spirit. Taking local wheat and water and combining them in a 7 day fermentation process to create maximum character and mouth feel. There process takes more time, energy, cost and know-how, but delivers a gin that lives up to the true meaning of ‘craft’ which is essential to the ethos of The Crafty Distillery.
Tasting Notes
The juniper lead is balanced with hints of forest fir, tropical fruit, citrus spice, tangy sherbet and a subtle scent of the shore.
UK Standard Delivery - We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after you have been notified your order has been sent.

Click & Collect - Orders can be collected from our shop in Kirkoswald, Monday - Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Your order will usually be ready within 24 - 48hrs but please wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.
EU Delivery - we are not currently able to send to Europe.
