Cask Notes
Our previously bottled sister cask was a full flavoured 1st fill sherry finish. By comparison with that and other sister casks, our refill Chateau Kefraya barrique finish may offer the perfect balance; retaining the nuance of the spirit, with added depth from 2 years in Lebanese red wine wood.
Tasting Notes - Citrus fruit and mineral/smoke.
Colour: Nectarine gold.
Nose: Grilled plum, salted pretzel and wood-fired almond
Palate: Marzipan loaf, smoked honey and orange oil.
Finish: Zesty citrus lifts a floral peat from the tongue.
UK Delivery Last orders for UK delivery is Tuesday 20th December at 12noon.
Collection Last orders for Collection need to be placed by Friday 22nd December and can be collected from our shop up to 4pm on Sunday 24th December.
Orders placed after that date will be dispatched or made ready for collection when we return on 8th January.
UK Standard Delivery - We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after you have been notified your order has been sent.

Click & Collect - Orders can be collected from our shop in Kirkoswald, Monday - Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Your order will usually be ready within 24 - 48hrs but please wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.
EU Delivery - we are not currently able to send to Europe.
