We have plenty of whisky but not the bottles!
We are very sorry but we are currently waiting on a delivery of our 700ml glass bottles. Like many things this year, bottle manufacturing has been impacted, and the result is a delay on the delivery to us. We do expect them to arrive later this week (estimated: Thursday 3rd December) when we can accept orders in 700ml size again.
Thank you for your patience and there is still plenty of time to order before Santa arrives!
Our personalised whiskies from the cask are a truly special gift, every bottle is unique.
These whiskies are hand-filled from the casks that sits in the Cask Room at our home in South West Scotland.
Each whisky is bottled at cask strength, natural colour and with no chill-filtration.
Once filled, the bottle is dipped in wax and completed with a handwritten label that includes all the whisky details, date bottled and your name or message.
Whisky Descriptions & Tasting Notes
Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Dalmore Distillery, mature in Bourbon Barrel #2465 then finished in an Oloroso Octave. Bottled at cask strength 56.7%
Tasting Notes
Colour: Maple red.
Nose: Traditional sherry bodega, orange pomander and fragrant rose. Palate: Spiced bramble, tart raspberry and cherry lips.
Finish: Walnut, almond, and a mouth-coating of sticky currant jam.
Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Macduff Distillery, mature in Bourbon Hogshead #7012698. Bottled at cask strength 53.7%
Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep amber.
Nose: Vanilla crown pastry, flaked almond and lemon zest.
Palate: Aberdeen butteries, cinnamon and Chantilly cream.
Finish: Hot apple pie with a warming chilli spice.
Single Grain Scotch Whisky from Cameronbridge Distillery, mature in Bourbon Hogshead #19949. Bottled at cask strength 58.1%
Tasting Notes
Colour: Marmalade gold.
Nose: Orange peel, coriander, rhubarb and custard.
Palate: Pear drops, vanilla and lime.
Finish: Cardamom and tea leaf, bursting with citrus.
Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Longmorn Distillery, mature in Bourbon Hogshead #800349. Bottled at cask strength 57.9%
This whisky has already been bottled from the cask so the date written on the label is 25/05/19.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Lemon gold.
Nose: Grapefruit, peppermint, light vanilla and shortbread.
Palate: Crumbly Scottish tablet, tiger loaf and white pepper.
Finish: Oak emerging alongside nettle tea, lime and lemongrass.

- These whiskies are personalised by hand by different people, so the writing styles may vary from those in the images.
- Please allow up to 2 working days for despatch.
- You can also add a gift note to your order at the checkout and we will write it on a gift tag that will be around the bottle neck.

Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders - Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday. Orders can take up to 2 working days to dispatch then 3 working days for delivery.
Free Collection - you can also choose to collect your order from our Whisky Shop. Our collection service is available Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm.
Express UK Delivery - from £7.95. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday.
EU Delivery - from £24.95 (selected countries only).
