Rosehip Rum Liqueur
Buck & Birch have created a range of Wilderness Liqueurs which are inspired by their adventures into the Wild to find Scottish foraged fruits and herbs.
For Amarosa they gather Rosehips that are then expertly infused in Dark Rum.
Serves: Simply served neat over ice, or make a delicious Spritz cocktail or Old Fashioned.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Gorgeous bitter-sweet aromas of golden raisins and tangy fruits in abundance.
Palate: Vibrant, zesty and fresh.
Flavour: Full of rich figs and tarte tatin with a splash of fresh blackcurrant acidity on the finish.
