Birch Syrup Caramel Liqueur
Buck & Birch have created a range of Wilderness Liqueurs which are inspired by their adventures into the Wild to find Scottish foraged fruits and herbs.
For ANA they gather Birch sap in the springtime, reduce it to a syrup before blending with Scottish cream and butter into a sumptuous caramel. This is then expertly infused in their Birch spirit, before triple-filtering for a liqueur that is sweet, smooth and vibrant.
Serves: A perfect alternative to dessert simply served over ice, or add to your coffee, delicious in cocktails, try poured over ice cream...
Tasting Notes
Nose: Light and subtly sweet with gentle toffee notes.
Palate: Sweet and decadent with a clean, mellow finish.
Flavour: Warm, buttery caramel with subtle undertones of birch syrup, toasted nuts and gentle glow of spirit.
Click & Collect - Orders can be collected from our shop in Kirkoswald, Monday -Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Your order will usually be ready within 24 - 48hrs but please wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.
UK Wide Standard Delivery - We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after you have been notified your order has been sent.

- Orders under 2kg (1 bottle or 1 dram set) - £4.95
- Orders over 2kg (2 bottle or more) - £8.95
Highland & Island and Northern Ireland - There are no extra fees for these areas, we delivery to all areas of the UK for the prices stated.
EU Delivery - we are not currently able to send to Europe.
