Cask Notes
We hand-delivered this 1st fill bourbon octave to James MacTaggart at the distillery in Lochranza in the summer of 2017. In turn, James very kindly filled it with the wonderful, citrussy Arran spirit. Just five and a half years later the results are spectacular. Extremely limited outturn.
Tasting Notes - Sweet and Spice.
Colour: Brilliant ochre
Nose: Wildflower honey, toasted oak and peanut.
Palate: Crème anglaise, pineapple and apricot.
Finish: A sprinkling of black pepper on a grapefruit brûlée.
UK Delivery Last orders for UK delivery is Tuesday 20th December at 12noon.
Collection Last orders for Collection need to be placed by Friday 22nd December and can be collected from our shop up to 4pm on Sunday 24th December.
Orders placed after that date will be dispatched or made ready for collection when we return on 8th January.
UK Standard Delivery - We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after you have been notified your order has been sent.

Click & Collect - Orders can be collected from our shop in Kirkoswald, Monday - Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Your order will usually be ready within 24 - 48hrs but please wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.
EU Delivery - we are not currently able to send to Europe.
