Cask Notes
Finished for just over a year in an ex-Moscatel barrique, following more than 14 years of maturation in an ex-bourbon hogshead. Portuguese Moscatel d’Oro, while comparable to Oloroso in structure, imparts a more aromatic and floral profile, adding nuance to the whisky’s long-developed character.
Tasting Notes - Floral and citrus fruit.
Colour: Apricot gold.
Nose: Crumbly Scottish tablet, soft sourdough, frangipani and wild strawberry.
Palate: Vanilla bean ganache, pink grapefruit and candied orange peel.
Finish: Luxurious white chocolate enlivened by physalis and crystallised ginger.
Click & Collect - Orders can be collected from our shop in Kirkoswald, Monday -Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Your order will usually be ready within 24 - 48hrs but please wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.
UK Wide Standard Delivery - We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after you have been notified your order has been sent.

- Orders over 2kg (2 bottle or more) - £8.95
Highland & Island and Northern Ireland - There are no extra fees for these areas, we delivery to all areas of the UK for the prices stated.
