Cask Notes
Over 18 years in a first-fill American oak, oloroso sherry butt. This Macduff offers a profound and spectacular experience on its own, or a wonderful match for oysters.
Tasting Notes - Dried Fruit and Nut
Colour: Garnet lustre.
Nose: Dried fig, hazelnut, beeswax, cigar box and sea air.
Palate: Morello cherry, date, sultana, caraway and ginger.
Finish: Roast pecan and dark caramel in the long, saline finish.
