Selected from the vineyards of Puichéric, located 15 km North-East of the medieval town of Carcassonne.
Tasting Notes
This wine has a dazzling garnet-ruby colour. Very pleasant nose with a fruity taste and liquorice notes. Spicy on the palate with mature tannins. Perfect with grilled steak or strong cheeses.
